At Thomas Earnshaw, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of our timepieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your timepiece in its original luxury presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included, and secure it inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
